With that in mind, we wanted to provide you with an update on how we are navigating the unchartered waters that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is challenging all of us with on a daily basis.

As an IntownHomes homeowner, we want to continue to provide you with the best customer service and support we can. But we also feel a very significant obligation & duty to ensure that your service experience is safe, comfortable and as stress-free as possible.

Be assured that your health and safety is paramount to us and we, along with our subcontractors, are taking all the necessary cleaning and sanitizing steps to ensure everyone feels safe and secure when we visit your home and community.

Following social distancing guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we will greet you with smiles instead of handshakes.

Internally, we have also implemented our business continuity plan to ensure that our co-workers can limit unnecessary exposures while effectively working off-site. We have been fortunate not to be affected thus far but should any co-worker get sick or if they have a need to care for any family members, they can be assured they will do so with our full support and without worry, concern or repercussion.


To help us safeguard everyone, we do ask that if you or someone in your household is sick, please reschedule your appointment with us and/or utilize technology/applications/communication methods that will keep everyone safe while addressing your issues.
